  • Alexander Eaton 

    Director
    Alexander is an international hotelier who has been educated and raised in Southeast Asia and Europe in countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Russia and the United States. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management at the University of San Francisco. Alexander has worked for leading international hotel brands in the United States, Australia Pacific, and Thailand. Including Hyatt, Westin, W, Sheraton, FRHI (Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel), and AccorHotels.
    Most recently, he has been General Manager of Questus Hospitality Consultants, an Asset Management Company specializing in aiding hotel owners with pre-openings, hotel operations, commercial performance, financial management, recruitment, communication with management companies, and more. Alexander specializes in revenue management, commercial strategies, e-commerce applications, hotel operations and revenue generation
  • Kevin Hall

    Director 
    Kevin is a CPA Chartered Accountant from Canada. He has lived and worked in Thailand since 1992 and is a Thai citizen. After graduating from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax he started in the hospitality industry, working in the corporate offices of InterContinental in New York, where he performed internal financial and operational audits and reviews for numerous hotels in over 15 different countries. Prior to moving to Thailand, he was Director of Finance for a Vancouver based hotel owning company of 5-star hotels in Canada, managed by Four Seasons, Hilton and Holiday Inn. In 2010 he founded Questus, which is now the largest third-party hotel asset management company in Thailand. Kevin is well-versed in hotel operations, finance, accounting and tax, management contracts, and major hotel chain operating practices.
  • Lita Prasithpongchai

    Digital Marketing and Communications
    Lita serves as the Director of Digital Marketing and Communications at Resolute Hotels & Resorts, where her role seamlessly combines her digital expertise and strong project management skills.

    Her knack for creatively visualizing concepts adds a unique touch to the company’s digital marketing strategies. Her Thai background, combined with extensive international education and experience, lends her an open-minded approach that is invaluable in today’s diverse industry.  This unique perspective allows her to connect and collaborate effectively with colleagues from various cultural and professional backgrounds, enhancing team dynamics and fostering a collaborative, productive work environment.

    Lita is also deeply committed to personal growth, both professionally and personally. Her philosophy is straightforward: “If you’re not evolving, what are you doing?” This mindset drives her to continuously seek new challenges and embrace opportunities that contribute to her development and success.
  • Clive Nagington

    General Manager
    Prior to joining Resolute Hotels & Resorts as General Manager, I have served in a range of significant positions throughout some well-known properties within Thailand. I previously held the role of EAM Operations at Rembrandt Hotel & Suites, followed by the role of Hotel Manager at Siam @ Siam Design Hotel Pattaya. Throughout my professional journey, I have remained committed to ensuring unparalleled guest experiences. My passion lies in fostering a culture where guests feel genuinely valued, and where every associate is empowered to deliver service that exceeds expectations, leaving a lasting impression on those we serve. In 2021 I embarked on my MBA with Herriot-Watt University, and graduated with merit in June 2024.

    I possess a steadfast dedication to hospitality excellence; I derive immense satisfaction from orchestrating memorable stays and cultivating meaningful connections with guests and associates alike. My ultimate goal is to ensure that every guest experiences a stay with a profound sense of satisfaction, having experienced an unparalleled warmth and service that defines our hospitality standards. I also take an active role in ensuring that the hotels I support have a consistent performance in all commercial segments and execute revenue opportunities and improvements where possible.
